 - Soak the wheat in water for ten hours before preparing the balila.

 - Put the wheat in a bowl until it is covered with water, and put it on the fire until it is completely cooked and the boiling water is absorbed.

 - After boiling with water, pour the sugar and leave it for a few minutes on the fire.

 - Leave the wheat in the bowl, and cover it long enough.

 - When wheat grains open, the balila is ready, and now can add milk to wheat pot in sufficient quantity and vanilla and coconut.

 - Leave it on fire to boil over medium heat with constant stirring so that the wheat does not stick to the bottom of the pot.

 - Remove the mixture from the heat and add a teaspoon of cream to each serving cup, then pour the balila into the dishes while it is hot so that the cream melts from the heat.

 - Leave the dishes for fifteen minutes to take room temperature, then sprinkle some nuts and grated coconut on the face.
