3. Consume a plant-based diet

If you don't want to become a vegetarian, I won't force you to. 

However, you may organize your meals to incorporate various nutritious and beneficial plant-based foods. Improved brain function has related to omega fatty acids, for example.

What should prioritize meals high in brain-friendly nutrients? A drastic change in nutrition would complicate the procedure. Allow enough time for a seamless transition. 

Having a nutritionist assist you in creating a meal schedule isn't such a bad idea. Alternatively, you may do it yourself while considering the chosen dietary sources.

4. Make Your Brain Work

Like every other muscle in your body, your brain needs a workout. Because the brain is unlike the other bodily organs that we have control over, actions that assure its proper functioning should prioritize.
